In Northampton Crown court, two men were accused of sexual assault. One of the men deceased on 31st October 2016,which made this a complicated case.
A witness was called to the stand to state the event which took place on 14th October 2016. She said the victim, defendant, her and couple of friends were all having some drink in Pioneer Public house, Northampton and after the drink they all left to go to Mr Dean Jarvis and the late Mr Andrew Castel's house and got in the hot tub. The victim got in the hot tub with Mr Andrew Castel and he allegedly played with the victim’s private part while the witness and a friend were laughing at the situation. The first witness said the victim never took off his boxer throughout the night. After this scene, Mr Dean Jarvis allegedly put his finger up the victim’s bum and he looked shocked and uncomfortable. A second witness was called to the stand and said, allegedly Mr Dean Jarvis carried the victim upstairs and put the victim's private part in his mouth and Mr Andrew Castel also took part in the act. The second witness said the victim took off his boxer off during this act. After the act, the victim went to his friend’s house because he was feeling ill and looked hyperventilated with red eyes while he was there. The Victim's friend called an ambulance because the victim was ill. The victim explained the situation to the East midland ambulance which made them call the police. The victim then told the police he was sexually assaulted which made them suggest he must get examined. When he did, bite marks were found on his back caused by the late Mr Andrew Castel. This is still an ongoing trial and the defendant Mr Dean Jarvis' Verdict was meant to be reached on Thursday 29th November 2018 but because the accuser is dead this made the airing so difficult.
